Participation in the [THE MAD FOUNDATION Cowboy Carter Ticket Raffle] (the “Raffle”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.

Eligibility:  Open only to legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and its advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Raffle. Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.  Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited by law.  

Raffle Period: The Raffle begins on March 28, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on April 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time for Los Angeles, CA show date, June 25, 2025 at 11:59 p.m for Houston, TX show date and July 11th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m for Atlanta, GA show date

Entry:  You may enter the Raffle by going to www.madxmad.org and clicking on the THE MAD FOUNDATION X COWBOY CARTER TICKET 

RAFFLE link, completing the Official Entry Form by entering your email and cell phone number and choosing the city in which you would like to see the Cowboy Carter Tour. Click the “Buy Now” button. A valid email address is required to enter.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Use of multiple email address to enter is not permitted and may result in disqualification from winning a prize. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. 

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

Prize:  Each winner will receive two tickets to the Cowboy Carter concert in the city of their choice (selected at the time of entry) with an approximate retail value for the pair of tickets as follows: Los Angeles – $1863, Houston – $2274, or Atlanta – $1806. Total approximate value of all prizes is $5,945. Three prizes (six tickets) are available.  All prizes will be awarded.  Tickets are only available in the following cities and on the specific dates as selected at the time of entry: Los Angeles – 4/28/25, Houston - 6/28/25, Atlanta – 7/13/25.  Date and location of the concert is subject to change and not the responsibility of Sponsor. Prize is limited to the tickets – transportation, lodging, meals, concessions, merchandise, and any other cost or expenses are not included. No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability.  

All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Each winner will be given a Form 1099-MISC and will be required to supply Sponsor with his or her social security number.

The concert tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by the ticket issuer. Winner agrees that the tickets are awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to the winner and may not be sold, auctioned, bartered, exchanged, given away, donated, or otherwise transferred. Winner and guest must comply with all Sponsor’s, venue and artist rules, including execution of all required releases (if applicable). Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.  

Selection of Winner/Odds of Winning: The three potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing on or about 2 days before each posted show date. Potential winners will be notified by SMS or email.  If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited by potential winner and awarded to an alternate winner. As a condition to receiving the prize, the winner will be required to sign and return a affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (“Affidavit and Release”). The winner agrees, and the winner’s guest will be required to agree, to the use of his or her name, voice and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner should allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks after mailing the Affidavit and Release] to receive the prize.  The odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Raffle, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Raffle as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or tampering with the entry process, the operation of the systems required to conduct the Raffle or operate the Sponsor web site, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Limitations of Liability:  Sponsor, its affiliates, The Mad Foundation, and each of their employees, officers, and directors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) misdirected or delayed mail, e-mail or text messages; (ii) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Raffle or possession or use of any prize; (iv) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Raffle; (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Raffle; or (vi) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Raffle to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court located in Los Angeles, California; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, shall be shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California.

Privacy:  Information collected from entrants will be used for administration of this Raffle, prize notification and delivery, posting the name of winner on the Winners List, and is otherwise subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
